This process is the first step in fulfilling all your lighting and grip needs. Give us a call if you have questions.
All first time clients are required to provide a credit application to establish your account. Please fill in all the requested info.
A credit card authorization will be held to secure your rental. At the close of your project you have the option to pay by cash, company check or credit card (a 4% service charge is added to all credit card charges). If you opt to pay by check, the authorization will be released upon receipt of funds.
AppleBox requires a valid insurance certificate covering the cost of replacing all equipment rented. We must have a copy of the insurance certificate before providing the rental equipment.
If you are unable to meet our insurance requirements, please contact us to make alternative arrangements. Depending on the size of your project, you may be able to self-insure.
